They attended very promptly and worked with us on a suitable time, kept in touch. When Tony arrived, very pleasant and listened to us. After work completed Tony went back through the air conditioning system pad and showed ways to save electricity and get the best from the air conditioning. This was all new information for us. The communication overall was fantastic

We had Dan H come out to explain how to get the most out of our system and he was so helpful. We learned a lot we didn’t know and he was super friendly and informative.

Phoned the contact number and was called back in good time by Adam who gave me clear and understandable advice after diagnosing my issue quickly and professionally. Dan was very helpful in explaining the features of MyPlace and the best settings to get the best results from my aircon most efficiently. Both he and John were very personable and went through the process at a pace that was just right for me. Also alerted me to other features like smart lighting and security automation. Very satisfied with Advantage Air and would highly recommend them for anyone considering installing a reverse cycle ducted system.

Got IQ control installed today(tablet replacement), works excellent. Thanks to the team for all the info. along the way. Felix, the technician, was fantastic and got system up and running in no time.
