We’re excited to share that our latest smart air conditioning innovation, MyPlaceIQ, has made headlines in both Mumbrella and Appliance Retailer following our successful showcase at the Sydney Home Show and the launch of our new national advertising campaign.

Our team had the pleasure of introducing MyPlaceIQ to Sydney households and industry professionals at the Sydney Home Show, where we demonstrated how our system reduces ducted air conditioning energy consumption by up to 46%. As our General Manager Darren Bee shared at the event, “We know homeowners and home builders are looking for systems that can support better efficiency in the home and also bring down the cost-of-living expenses.”

MyPlaceIQ goes beyond smart air conditioning control. Our system seamlessly integrates with your existing home automation features, including garage doors, lights, blinds, and security systems. For homes with solar panels, we’ve developed smart features that maximise energy efficiency by utilising excess solar energy during peak production times. The system even links to real-time weather data, automatically activating your cooling system when outdoor temperatures reach your preset levels.

We’re particularly excited about our new national brand campaign featuring our loveable characters, Tom the cat and Francois the dog. Running from October 2024 to June 2025, this campaign highlights how our zoning system solves the common household challenge of different temperature preferences.

Our Marketing Growth Strategy Manager Ryan Northover explains: “The team have spent the last several months working on an incredible production that makes use of loveable home pets to introduce the MyPlaceIQ brand to Australian households.”

You’ll see Tom and Francois across free-to-air networks, radio, online platforms, and outdoor locations throughout Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, South-East Queensland, and Perth. We’re also thrilled to announce our partnerships with Nine’s The Block, NRL, and Channel 7’s Summer of Cricket.
